WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. For all non glassware and customed items.

CAN I RETURN GLASSWARE?
Yes you can glassware and coasters with in 5 day days. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Your item must be bubble wrapped and received undamaged upon reviving the item to receive a full refund.
If you are concerned about us not receiving your package within 5 days. Contact us about your return with proof a purchase and we will honor your return. Once we receive your package undamaged and in bubble wrap you will receive your refund.
CAN I RETURN CUSTOM ITEMS
No, all sales are final with all custom items.
I WANT TO RETURN A SALE ITEM.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
IF I DON'T SHIP MY ITEM IN IT'S ORIGINAL PACKAGE.
You will not be eligible for a full refund if the item is received, used or worn, broken, or not in its original condition and packaging.

WHERE DO I SHIP MY ITEM?
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE ARRIVED DAMAGED?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 5 days to contact us about your damage item.
